When we consider recruiting sales people for a firm, we ask ourselves, "Would we want to work there?". If the answer is No, then we will recommend to the client that they make changes before hiring sales people.
Companies that are used to dealing with typical commodity recruiters are quite surprised that we are more concerned about the long term success of the sales person as opposed to the commission that we earn by placing a sales person in a job.
We really want sales people to remain in jobs for a long time. It is good for the sales person, it is good for the client, it is good for Increasing Revenue.
