Third, there is a temptation for a traditional headhunting firm to force a bad match in order to gain commission. Unlike traditional headhunting firms that make their income off of sales turnover, Increasing Revenue, Inc. makes its income from salespeople staying in positions.

Increasing Revenue, Inc., has a smaller, more exclusive client list than a traditional headhunting firm. Our company will not have as many open positions as some recruiting agencies; however, the positions that are available should have a better work environment for salespeople.
